The Timothy Office has some news about this year's Christmas Market. For more information, please reach out to Martha Steenbock at tlc.christmasmarket@gmail.com. If for some reason you cannot reach her or prefer to go through the office instead we can work it out.

It is that exciting time of the year again!! The 2024 Christmas market is fast approaching and you won't want to miss out!

The fee is $30.00 per table to help offset the cost of hosting this event. If that is a hardship for anyone, please feel free to speak with me. Due to the popularity/growth of the market, we will have a limit for the number of vendor tables that we are able to support this year. Please submit your application no later than November 1st, 2024. 

Please remember that this event is held on church property, and as a vendor you are representing our congregation whether you are a member or not. All products/wording/graphics must be appropriate/non-offensive or you may be asked to remove your product from the table.

This will provide a more accurate system to log our vendors. Please do not email your application to me. Either complete and submit the application online or you may pay by check and mail your application to the church, see documents attached. Please note your check number on the application form and note Christmas Market in the memo line of the check. Timothy Lutheran Church 6704 Fyler Ave, St Louis 63139. 

Please feel free to share the online link with any of your friends/family/colleagues that you feel might be interested in having a table. If you are unable to participate in this year's Market, please let me know and I will add you to the email list for 2025.
