Lunch & Learn: Self-Care
Join Lindenwood Area Senior Ministry for a potluck lunch at noon followed by a presentation and discussion with clinical psychologist, Dr. Trisha Miller of Well Home Agency.  We’ll discuss the importance of self-care, what it includes, why it seems so challenging, and how to get past the barriers. Come prepared for a fun and lively discussion and leave with a bag of self-care goodies! Sponsored by Oak Street Health.

This is a FUNdraiser! All proceeds will benefit the programs and services of our church’s senior ministry, Lindenwood Area Senior Ministry!
