The Gift of Empathy

Join our Stephen Ministers on Sunday Mornings at 9:30a.m. in the mulit-purpose room for 3 Sundays to discuss our learnings from the book, The Gift of Empathy: Helping Others Feel Valued, Cared for, and Understood on 9/24, 10/1, and 10/8.      

Empathy is something we all need—and it’s something we all can give. This book presents a fresh approach to a familiar concept, providing practical insights and real-life examples that equip readers to relate in empathetic ways that make a difference in the lives of all those they encounter. Our study will empower you to better understand, connect with, and care for family, friends, coworkers, and others you may relate to.     

That’s the power of empathy, and helping people discover that power and apply it in their own lives is what The Gift of Empathy is all about.
