WOL Coaching Opportunities

 Soccer Coach: WOL has enough 5th - 8th grade students interested to have our own soccer team this year! The season runs August 21st - October 20th.  We currently have the fields reserved right after school but we have some flexibility with the practice times.  We also have 1-2 assistant coaches willing to help, but we are in need of a head coach.  If you are interested, please contact Mrs. Casey Schmidt at cschmidt@wordoflifeschool.net or Mrs. Melissa Bergholt at 314-832-1244.  

Girls B Team Volleyball Coach: Our 5th and 6th girls volleyball team is in need of a coach.  The season runs August 16th - October 5th.   Practice days vary but take place right after school from 3:15 - 4:30 pm.  If you are interested, please contact Mrs. Casey Schmidt at cschmidt@wordoflifeschool.net or Mrs. Melissa Bergholt at 314-832-1244.  

Cross Country - 2 Additional Coaches Needed: Our kindergarten - 8th grade students participate in cross country with other Lutheran schools in the area.  The season runs August 21st - October 7th.  The majority of responsibilities are practices that take place right after school from 3:15 - 4:15 and there are 4 meets typically on Saturday mornings.  We have an assistant coach who will work with middle school students on the team.
