Support Neighbors in Need this Give STL Day!
Give STL Day is a 24-hour day of online giving to benefit nonprofits serving the St. Louis region. This Thursday, May 8th St. Louis will shine the spotlight on our region's vast assortment of nonprofits, their missions, and the extraordinary ways they make our city special. Our church’s senior ministry, Lindenwood Area Senior Ministry (LASM), is proud to be one of those non-profits in the spotlight!
This year LASM will direct its Give STL Day funds to assist five of our neediest individuals who are experiencing hardships. These older adults have incomes below the federal poverty level making it nearly impossible to afford housing and food, much less any unexpected expenses that arise. They are living with broken appliances, the inability to purchase a window AC unit, or cover all utility or medical expenses. Help us provide a little hope to these individuals by giving and inviting your circle to give on Give STL Day!
Visit givestlday.org/organization/LindenwoodAreaSeniorMinistry on or before May 8th to make your contribution. Interested in helping us spread the word and impact of Give STL Day campaign?
